Hard when you live 80 miles out in the country 5000 feet up to just make a date for coffee is an hour and a half depending where I would travel. Have been alone for at least 4 years so to get back in the saddle is tough. Not to mention I am a full time dad and that seems to be a hindrance as well. Would never sacrifice my kids either, I put way too much time thought and energy into them as it is. As they say in gambling I keep rolling the dice eventually mt odds will change in my favor.

I quit like 10 years ago it took 6 tries to quit. I started smoking in the Navy (Marlboro Menthol lights) The rule was to be in the smoking square underway or at sea you need to be smoking or you did not belong there. I did learn something important about nicitione a few years ago. They now theorize that nicotine releases massive doses of dopamine from our brain making it difficult to quit.That woman are equipped with more dopamine to aid in the agony of childbirth and that could be one of the reasons it is harder for women to quit smoking.

When I was much younger I could be drunk as a skunk fall asleep and be up 3 or 4 hours later. I have had many surgeries one was an ulnar nerve transpiration the bandage was on too tight my arm turned black went to the emergency room. The ER nurse was told to give me 100cc of demerol. She said in 30 years of being a nurse I have never given 100cc of demerol. She then stated that I would be out for about 10 hours. Got home fell asleep 3 hours later wide awake. I do not drink at all anymore. My doctor has me on ambien even 10mg of that only put me out 3 or 4 hours. Have tried ever remedy melatonin, valerian root, kava kava, ashwagandha, benadryl. nothing will let me sleep more than 3 to 4 hours a night.

I had to go through tons of red tape to get mine. The kids mom is schizophrenic and refused to put me on the birth certificates because I would not accept her religion or believe in the modern demigod or the supreme deity. She would not tell the hospital or authorities .that I was the father. Resulted to my kids going to foster care for 3 months until I could rescue them. Got social services on my side when I told them that I wanted the kids. The attorney on both sides were on my side the all thought it was honorable that a man would take responsibility for the children. So here I am almost 7 years later with 2 great kids. Best thing I have ever done.

New here.... Having a look around. And no religion too.

My kids mom is schizophrenic and refused to add me to the kids birth certificates because, I refused to believe in her diety. Child protective services took the kids away. I had zero power to stop this because I was not on the certs. I had to go through tons of legal red tape to achieve custody. One thing was an many interviews with CPS social workers. I was sitting in a naked government room social worker came in sat down. She said you have 2 options you can walk away state takes over you have no responsibility. The second is you can fight for them in court. Before the words left her mouth. I had said I never even thought for a second to give up on them. I do not know if I shocked her or what. She was the best alliance that I could ever have gotten after my statement. She directed the best attorney to me and did everything legally she could help me get my twins.

The other thing I do if the crime is absurd, I make them run the amount of there age around my house, exercise is good for them anyway. Often times just the threat of having to run brings them around.

When you are in public not everyone is hygiene conscious lot of people do not even wash their hands after using the restroom. Climate change is real it has been occurring since the planets inception. I fear that the reasons are misconstrued for political gain. The earth travels around the sun the sun also travels it has a ellipse and orbit just as all things in space do. So now imagine that the earth path is not a constant and at times it is farther away from the sun say this happens every so many million years. Well then the same would be vice versa it would travel closer making it hotter.

Figure it the conflict is with Russia figure about 2 warheads per state if China figure 2 warheads per city if you do not get evaporated on impact figure a week with the worst symptoms in agony until you die. There is no preparing there is no known way to cure radiation sickness.
