I'm semi-retired and very content with my personal life at the moment. Born and raised in Sweden but somehow I've managed to settle in the "buckle of the bible belt". I find most people here to be kind and decent as long as I keep my politics and religion (or lack thereof) to myself. I love to read, cook (well, I experiment), be outdoors and spend time with my kids and grandkids. Happy with the little things.
