Originally from Illinois, I am a widowed, practical, intellectually curious, open-minded, liberal environmentalist; a very romantic spiritual adventurer who enjoys the outdoors, decent wine, good food, music, conversation, reading, writing and travel. I go hear live music often 3-4 times per week. I have been politically active on a local and national level in the past. I'm financially stable (not wealthy but comfortable), physically healthy, mechanically inclined, good with tools and can repair nearly anything (that's a good benefit, ladies).
