I grew up going to a Southern Baptist Church. I had a lot of problems taking the teaching very serious. It all just seemed off and felt goofy at times. That changed at one youth camp where they had a creationist "class". It had alot of appeal to me and I love head first into reading creationist apologetics. Fortunately, I also decided to read the opposition too. Needless to say the likes of Darwin and Dawkins made more sense to me in the long run. I also had some help from some of my college professors to see the fiction in religion as a whole. By about 19 I decided to go for atheist. Since then I did an enlistment in the Navy and did a tour in Afghanistan. Did some more college but got dispossessed with my degree plan. Now I work in Boot Repair and make leather goods on the side. For fun I do Bushcraft camping, target shooting, antiqueing, Renaissance festivals and kink events.
