I strive for patience and understanding and seek the best in all circumstances. I have an abiding concern for the future of humanity and the survival of the earth. I consider myself a secularist and a free-thinker looking for partnership with someone of similar values.

I had been under the thumb of religion since I was baptized as a christian . I've spent the last 20 years deprogramming by belief system away from religion (but perhaps not spirituallity). Dogma free and unconstrained thinking is healing for a soul that has been brutalized by christianity's mind control tactics. It is difficult to find other souls whom embrace unconstrained thinking. Perhaps Agnostic.com is a place.
