When I was in the US I bought a $15 distiller from WalMart and made my own water, carried it with me when at work. I have no use for the toxic flouride and other rat poison chemicals put in the tap water to purify it.
Here in Thailand I buy reverse osmosis water from the water machine dispenser downstairs.

It's not that people don't value their children..it's a problem remembering them when people change their memorized routines.
Maybe you don't always take your child shopping with you, so there's no established habit, but with the cellphone, people likely check on it constantly without thinking, so putting the cell phone in the back with the child is a GOOD idea, since it forces the person to think about what they're doing.

My ex once made the mistake of buying me a new iron for our anniversary. I told him off so viciously that from then on he bought me roses, but ruined it by complaining as he handed them to me that he couldn't understand why women wanted flowers..they were so stupid.
I should have dumped him the moment I saw he considered me his maid. Never again.
Yet, strangely, when I caught him having an affair with a friend's wife, turns out he'd just bought her a beautiful silver necklace and let her buy all new clothes on his dime, so he at least did know how to give women good gifts when inspired by adultery.

Except in my case. I treated my kids more like an animal or indigenous mother-I put them in snugglies on my back and rode off on my Arabian horse as usual.
I took them everywhere..camping, biking..just put them in backpacks and snugglies.
I nursed them for two years (by the eighth month the nursing was sporadic and every couple of days), which made my figure rapidly return to normal and kept me slender.
When they were babies I chewed their organic food for them from my plate (animal and indigenous mothers do this, as the saliva partially digests the food for the babies and gives them protective stomach bacteria). My kids slept through the night, never fussed, and were never sick

I used disposable snuggly diapers. I bought their baby clothes at high end yard sales and made the rest.

If you can, just leave the area whenever the person starts talking about an unwanted subject. Only smile at and respond to them when they are being neutral and friendly.

Jesus always told people who were healed during his ministry that it was THEIR faith that healed them.
In Mark 11:23, he said that if anyone or "anything" (the Greek pronoun includes all declensions) tells a mountain to throw itself into the sea, and believes it (Greek word includes both conscious and unconscious thoughts), the mountain must obey.
No mention of god or of it being "god's will" for some mountain to fall into the sea, which could presumably cause tsunamis.
The idea being conveyed is that we are co-creators of our own universe..making our own reality.

The Bible never says that the Devil punishes people or is running hell. That's just some popular myth, and comes mostly from Milton's (political message) poem, "Paradise Lost."
The red suit, horns and tail are also from myth and never mentioned in the Bible. In the Bible, "Lucifer" was the highest angel of the type called a Cherub..angels described as having four faces and four wings.
He was in charge of the worship of the angels but one day decided the praise should go to him instead of god, so was thrown out of heaven and down to the earth, taking a third of the angels with him. He got revenge by persuading Eve to disobey god and eat a fruit (not an apple) that god told them not to eat.

I lived 27 years in Rowan County, in the eastern Kentucky hills, on my grandfather's farm. The locals shot enough deer during hunting season, (or not!) to store enough venison in a rented food locker to last the year!
They fished, grew their own food, raised tobacco to sell, rode calm, gaited horses they bred themselves, fixed their own cars, built their own houses, never called the police since everyone, from the seven year old to the 80-year-old grandmother had a gun within quick access distance, and knew how to use it.
Many kept expensive coon hounds and regularly went on hunts.
They attend tiny rural churches with songs from the 18th century, where everyone, young and old, is required to play and sing "solos" at church, so even young children are used to performing in public.

Once animals see you as one who provides food, they'll be after you.
Wild birds, even hummingbirds, would tap on the picture window glass when the bird feeders were low, and if I was out of town, the birds would fly to my mom's window and tap until she climbed the stairs and filled my feeders for me ( I had a two-level double house).
Sometimes they'd fly to the car and tap on the window if I was leaving without refilling them.

You can find support by googling and joining various local community groups that do what you already enjoy doing..hiking, kayaking, bird watching, biking, book clubs, etc.

One of my brothers, though, began talking about how much Trump was helping the country, so I decided not to be around him. I'm not anyway.

Sure, but if someone has shown you what he is really like, it's self-destructive to return to him. You can distance yourself and only be casual friends; it would be foolish to return to trusting them.
Sadly, abused women use the "forgive and forget" excuse to keep returning to their abusers, and refuse to leave them, or act for themselves.

Hmm..my ex is all that and more (former Navy and airline pilot, one of the engineers who helped design the B2 bomber), and he keeps trying to get back with me, but he was also crazy jealous of my job and anything that took my attention from him, so I guess not.

I was aware that the words were horrible, but it didn't bother me any more than the cruel fairy tale stories of unwanted children being left in the woods, or the lullaby, "Rock-a-bye, Baby," where the cradle comes crashing down with the baby inside it.
