That is a rare find indeed. I would love to find a guy in my age range that does not turn the first or 2nd date convo towards sex and is just flirty. I mean learn to read your audience dude. If she's not enthusiastic about said chat or changing the topic don't try to force the topic on her.

@Kojaksmom okay. But it is the responsibility of the other party to be aware of their needs and what they want. It is not the responsibility of the person being honest and upfront about their casual hooking up nature to do the introspection on behalf of their partner. All we have control over is ourselves as you said. And if one is not sure how they will react to or handle casual sex, they should promptly avoid or exit the hookup world. That's my opinion as someone not personally into casual sex.

It depends on the demographic. Gen X'ers may be more compelled to marry. But millenials delay or abstain from marriage or forego marriage altogether and stick with common-law. At least statistically speaking in Canada and the USA. Although if you are seeking a mate with whom to get married to, I can see where such issues may present themselves.

@Fred_Snerd Also there is no reason biologically men and women cannot be friends. For starters what about gay men and straight women? Or lesbian women and straight men? Surely they can be friends.
