For those that are genetically based and not preventable, the best parenting in the world is not going to cure anything, though it will make managing the disorders easier on the kid(s).

I have been going on daily walks while here. It was this person's idea for me to get daily excercise. Then he got pissed off recently where the heck am I going every day and staying out so late. I mean I am a grown person I can stay out as late as I want, imo. And once I am home and get triggered by said confrontation I cannot go back out until said person leaves for work around 6am. So for that timeframe I am stuck at home with the anxiety or depressed mood and need a non walking or non excercise alternative.
