I am a Yoga instructor, teaching more than thirty years and author of three books on Yoga; Lecturer at Jain University, Bangalore, India in the department of Yoga until I came to Canada in 2010. Here in Canada teaching Yoga both on-line and in-person are giving me a diverse range of experiences.
