Self proclaimed atheist as a child until I learned the term agnostic as a teen and thought I'll take it keep my options open. I have spent most of my life trying understand the human condition and the meaning of existence. I base my beliefs on direct experience not the beliefs of others to get love, acceptance and approval or get my basic needs met. I studied Dzogchen a form of Tibetan Buddhism for many years because of the consistency of language, I feel it has some of the most accurate teachings and helpful psychologically. My teacher always said question everything, even me. What I believe now and how I got here is a long story. I believe in energy and a vast network of evolving energies that have endured throughout the cosmos for an eternity or since the big bang. I could be wrong.
