I see mystery in historical buildings, especially around Halloween.
Marionville comments on Oct 24, 2018:
Beautiful building and part of your history....important to preserve. My own home was built in 1820 and will be 200 years old in two years time! Take a look at it on my profile page.

Nice place. How many fireplaces do you have? It looks very well maintained.

Guess I'll have to start paying closer attention to the spider webs outside. I have lots and lots of them.

I didn't see the spider, I can assume it's like this one from my garden.
The magic of love .❤️ I’m imagining the world without hate. What would that look like?
patchoullijulie comments on Oct 22, 2018:
I could wish for so many things, but a world without hate would beat them every time. What a concept! :D
flower_nut replies on Oct 22, 2018:
Thank you, It's kind of a loaded question when eliminating hate in the world. I would wish for a sunny misty morning surrounded by trees and damp air with the sun on my face. This one will come true for sure!
Good day everyone.

Are you saying that some psychics are using the belief a person has in their power to give them advice that is good for them? Is this a goal of the psychic? I am trying to understand a situation my ex-boyfriend is in. He himself felt he had psychic powers years ago and saw something in a dream...
flower_nut replies on Oct 21, 2018:
@Julie808 Sounds puzzling enough. The sense from mother was good advice. I didn't see her as psychic I saw her as very wise. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink and when they suffer comfort them.
What does a flower garden do for you?
TheAstroChuck comments on Oct 21, 2018:
While flower gardens give me a wonderful sensation, flowers are essential to the survival of pollinators (bees, butterflies, humming birds, etc.) that are all experiencing unsustainable declines. Please also plant wild flower patches and significantly limit any use of pesticides, herbicides, or ...
flower_nut replies on Oct 21, 2018:
@TheAstroChuck My property is small and full of perennials. I have planted wildflowers before and some still come back. So will the bees I hope. It's like a silent extinction of our planet that we need to address. Thank you for your comment.

Green_eyes comments on Oct 21, 2018:
I appreciate the beauty and the labor it takes to sustain any kind of garden. My mother was crazy about her garden in Winterpeg and couldn’t wait for spring. Here we are able to have year round flowers. Pansies do well in the winter. I wish you continued success.
flower_nut replies on Oct 21, 2018:
@Green_eyes Thank you. I tried growing a palm tree once, it died. I could keep one alive in a pot, but that's too much work. I do try to push our garden zone with some success.

in our profiles it asks us, among other things, if we believe in tarot cards. i didn't check them as something i believe in, because the cards are just cards. however, they're a tool that somehow enhances the use of intuition (dumbo's feather, maybe). i happen to have a lot of intuition. i have ...

Some people are just better at reading others and anticipating things. Doesn't make them psychic. (Derren Brown is very good at explaining this phenomenon). But your mum sounds like she was a decent person and left you with fond memories.
