I was born a forbidden love child of a former President and his live-in Spanish translator. Whisked away at a young age to prevent a scandal. Travelled with a freak show from ages 3-12, but was eventually banished for being too strange. Studied particle physics and astrology at Oxford from 12-18, graduating with honors despite not being officially enrolled. Left hastily after indiscretions with the Dean's wife and daughter. And sister. Ghost wrote for Stephen King and Tom Clancy for awhile but got bored and blew the substantial proceeds of that work on ponies and $500 bottles of Scotch. I would take a sip from each bottle before dumping the rest on the floor and smashing the empty bottle over the steel plate in my head (that's a story for another day). It was kind of my thing and I was famous in Bucharest for it.
I put 0.1% for my certainty there are no gods, but I could've easily said 99.9%. I try not to allow beliefs to cloud how I experience reality, or at least my perception of it. In fact, I'm somewhat uncertain reality is what we think it is... I'm a pacifist, nihilist, skeptic, pessimist (but in a good way- my expectations are always realistic so I am often pleasantly surprised), secularist, humanist, agnostic atheist, and lover of good bourbon. Hell, I am pretty indiscriminate when it comes to most whiskeys, be it Irish, Tennessee, Canadian, or Peruvian (not sure that's a thing but I'd probably like it). Yeah, I like to catch a buzz but I'm a happy drunk lol.
I hate Trump. Not a fan of any politicians, really. I'm socially liberal, fiscally conservative, and libertarian when it comes to personal freedom. Registered Democrat, but I am frustrated by wasteful, inefficient government and I like owning a gun (but remember I'm a pacifist and a contradiction for all seasons- if you get that reference I will probably fall in love with you).
I'm a divorced, tall (6'2" ), overweight (but getting less so), bearded, spectacles-wearing, tattooed, educated land surveyor/civil engineer/father.
