I haven't been there, but it is very near the coastal swamps, There are some things that he needs to be prepared for, they take US currency almost everywhere at $2 BZ for $1 US. US cell phone programs will barely work if you can get a signal from MX, BZ government controls the local phone and telecom services so internet is very restricted when and where you can get it. Almost everyone speaks English. You are only 15 degrees from the equator, sunscreen is a must, It is the mosquito season, figure out how much mosquito repellent you'll need, then double it. A US drivers license is good there.If you have other questions or I can offer you more insight PM me.

The fat in the raw is the major ingredient that helps the skin. If you have a local butcher or processing shop, they can provide the fat relatively cheaply. beef fat is best as it can be used without processing, however pork or chicken drippings do well. I would process several pounds of pork fat, the first couple of days my dogs got the "meat", then I would put about 1/2 cup melted on their food each day until I ran out. I had a pit bull, a terrier, and a lab that developed hot spots over the years and it cleared them up. I had a show afghan and they recommended the fat for him, that is where I first learned of it.

I don't believe in cloud storage for security, transmission, file degradation and access reasons, I do have two external hard drives, the chips I have the originals on as well as large flash drives+ my two computers. (NOW) I was in the process of doing a backup when both computers died. It was an HP problem that they have since "fixed". My security paranoia goes back to my military days with early computers, electric typewriters and phone transmissions. I don't have anything on the computers I use most of the time worth stealing, but it is on the same network as the computer I do other peoples taxes on. I keep it firewall protected by having it unplugged and off the internet except when in use, but there is no way for hackers to know that.

There are many people that if you tie their hands they can't talk. My grandfather had such a thick Cajun accent, that if you were away from him for any length of time, you had to relearn how to listen to him.

@MissKathleen I have one computer that I only use for for tax programs, at some time during an update, it turned on the wifi function to connect using the local wifi. I was unaware until I walked into my office and the computer was busy doing an update with the internet cable out.I was six kinds of pissed since the best security is not being connected. The explanation I got was that it made it easier to update but if I wanted to I could opt out. I thought I had when I disable the wifi function. Software engineers are inherently evil sales people that want inside your system.

Ads normally go down with lower viewership, so yeah they are cheaper.
