Lock it in your car, no food left out when you are not there, even the ice chest goes back in the car. I've had large mountain Jays and magpies steal food while I was at the table.

I have been in foreign countries that issue an arrest warrant the day after your visa expires. No such system here, with all the computer systems, it would be a few $100 million to have an adequate system to alert local law enforcement to go out and pick up the over stayers.

Theories abound, The idea of more than one galaxy was only proposed in 1924 with the discovery of Andromeda, the theory of an expanding universe 1929, fleshing out red shift/blue shift is still on going, the short answer to you question is the center of the known universe, the real answer as to a point in space, not sure.
