Some people get wrapped up in all kinds of things, some are a little OCD about points, some DGAF. I try not to let the little things irritate me, (they do, but I am learning to deal with it). What you describe has been going on since I joined the site and probably before then. It hurts no one, but can be a little irritating. I think people tend to notice as they become more aware of their own point situation. People nearing 8 often point beg, and most members are happy to help them out.

Civilian review boards, that review everytime a cop draws a weapon, be it a gun, a tazer, pepper spray, mace or any other weapon. Body camera on every officer and vehicle, if you turn it off during an arrest, it is a felony and can be used as an affirmative in civil cases for police brutality. You'll lose a lot of cops, but they can be replaced.

I believe this factory is the one that found out about minuscule contamination right after the "new" super sensive DNA tests came out. Seems an employee couldn't handle the bundling of the swabs with gloves on so she didn't wear her gloves. Her DNA contaminated several police swabs, leaving them to look for a serial murder, burgler, rapist. The last one is when they knew it was contamination and not a suspect. Pretty sure they knew that jerky wad would contaminate anything that they ran, so they didn't plan on shipping anything during his visit and then had to decontaminate the entire factory floor again.

Spain really imposed a strict lockdown regime with massive fines, but it is paying off.

Since it wasn't CS gas, they thought they were technically correct, but the Geneva convention includes all classes of tear inducing, mucus membrane irritating gases as tear gas. Whoever issued that statement should be exposed to all three of the gases and see if they can tell the difference.

Pretty much a common mistake that every gardener makes at one time or another. Planting a plant without taking into account its mature size. I've done it myself more times than I care to admit. The best advice is to move either it or the surrounding plants to where they can be happy. There is no easy cure. I had to do a little research on the proper pruning. Like many plants there are a multitude of varieties, so unless you have the right variety for your spot, it will be a constant battle to rein it in. It has a size it wants to grow to, remove all other plants inside that area. When you trim, go back to the last joint on the branch. Most cotoneasters only require minimal trimming if it takes more than that, it is the wrong plant for that space. So either change the plant or change the space.

None have an unobstructed flow, except 2, there is no guarantee that any fluid would reach 2,3,4, or 5 from the opening above 2 , so I'm going to say that there is not enough information to answer. Most would fall between 3 &4 on just a gravity flow, while some tension flow would go to 2, 3,4 &5.
