They will only not use the numbers from the Gaza health dept. The numbers have been suspect from the beginning, but they were better than nothing. These type of amendments are typically throwaway amendments to give up in negotiations with the senate. The bill has not even been sent to the senate for committee assignment, long way to go before anything happens .
