Her servers were more secure than the White house servers and were being used by her husband who was authorized to receive classified information on them. All of the emails have been recovered and there was no there there.

@CourtJester You are incorrect in trump's ability to declassify material there are at least a dozen different laws that classify material that require specific actions to be taken to declassify that material. There are notifications that must be forwarded to the owners of the documents and the sources so that their copies may be marked as such. There are volumes of very specific rules that have to be followed to declassify data. I was a Top Secret Control Official and while the president has wide latitude in declassifying, no job is complete until the paperwork is done. The two largest areas where he has little desecration are under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended and superseded and The Espionage Act as amended and superseded.

@azzow2 We still don't know the circumstances 90+% of all security breeches are settled by a simple admonishment. Trump had to be compelled and fought and lied to federal authorities, Biden self reported. Huge difference. This is all still fresh and until it has been fleshed out I'm going to reserve judgement, much as I have done with other compromises. Until the damage assessment has been done, we are all just pissing in the wind.

Sometimes, you just have to speak up.
