@NHjulie I've made all kinds over the years, right now I'm just trying to decide on the fruit that looks best when it comes into season. Probably peach or plum whichever is cheaper this year. As hot as it is going to be this summer, I may just have to freeze the fruit, then make it this fall. I've made grape, elderberry, plum, peach, pomegranate, mixed fruit, and others. Since my pomegranates froze, I don't have a ready source of fruit from my yard, so it's the farmer's market for fruit.

They would be under the control of the governor, required to take mental and physical evaluations, train and prove proficiency. Can't or won't provide needed security, surrender your weapon.

but that is not what they are paid for. Their job is to teach. I can shoot, hit my target under fire, and protect myself; unless I am receiving a salary for that, I'm not going to be doing that as part of my job.
