@RussRAB In spite of what it looks like, they are not damaging the plant, so no control is necessary. Grasshoppers can come from miles away and the butterfly/caterpillar have a symbiotic relationship with the plant. I have had as many as 50,000 on my vines and very seldom see any droppings. The plant will increase it's growth rate and "poison" content once the caterpillars start to eat it. It's a Texas native, so it should be OK without any intervention.

glennlab replies on Aug 3, 2021:
@Fernapple Since I'm not a fan of the flavor, I buy my seeds at the asian market, I get about 70 % to sprout and only pay $3 a pound instead of $3 for 1/8 of an ounce. I buy my cilantro the same way for a simalar price difference. I don't eat it either, but the swallowtails like it too. You really have to check on what the local butterflies like. I have adjusted my plantings so that I have a good mix for several varieties.

When you get into bed, concentrate on your breathing in for 4 counts, hold for 4 count, out for 4 counts, try to think of nothing but breathing, then go to in for 4 out for four, just low steady breathing don't think about anything but your breathing and the counts. I used that method when I still competed to overcome the pre race jitters. I still use it when my mind is racing after I lay down.
There surely are some advantages...

glennlab replies on Jul 14, 2021:
@rainmanjr The catholic church doctrine prohibits providing any sacrements to those that have died in mortal sin. Suicide is considered a mortal sin so bad that they offically prohibit allowing the funeral service to be held in the church, or the body to be buried in a catholic cemetary. Local Bishops may grant exceptions. I have had to officiate at catholic funerals because the local priest would not do it or the family was afraid of a similar diatribe from the priest.
