It is a different system. There is not enough elemental oxygen to concentrate, instead they use a chemical process using heat and a catalyst to convert CO2 to Carbon monoxide and oxygen where they vent to CO back into the atmosphere.

The Texas native rose is a very hardy bush that will grow into thickets 20 feet across. Soil needs to be acidic and well drained. Soil preparation in the DFW area should include as a minimum, 12-18 inches of pinebark/peatmoss mix soil. At least 10-12 inches of the soil should be above the grade of the yard. Roses around here are a lot of work.

She probably resigned since she had limited out on black men. Professionals should be held to a higher standard than average citizens. The individual was in fear for his life, as he should have been based on the outcome.

The Mann Act was set up to make it illegal to take any female accross state lines for the purpose of having sex, it was amended to only apply to only anyone under 18. You could in effect be prosecuted for taking someone from a state where it was legal to have sex with them to another state where it was legal sex with them. You can be charged with trafficing if you offer anything of value in exchange for sex over state lines or cause someone else to transport them across state lines.

@phxbillcee I had to deal with inadvertant drops from aircraft. We paid for 4 bulls in 5 accidents. In the fifth we never were able to locate the fallen material.
