The Mann Act was set up to make it illegal to take any female accross state lines for the purpose of having sex, it was amended to only apply to only anyone under 18. You could in effect be prosecuted for taking someone from a state where it was legal to have sex with them to another state where it was legal sex with them. You can be charged with trafficing if you offer anything of value in exchange for sex over state lines or cause someone else to transport them across state lines.

The primary destuctive forces coming outside the sphere of death (fireball and up to 5 miles out) are blinding light (if you are looking down, not a problem. Radiation, since the walls in most buildings are above desk level, the walls act as a radiation filter/barrier, falling debrie , the desk protects you partially from a collapsing roof. @Austin-Cambridge Well designed traffic circles are indeed a boone, but one they just spend 18 months building up the road from me has a two lane road intersecting with a one lane road, so the circle is both one and two lanes depending on which quarter of it you are in, like I said engineers are the key. i use them quite a bit in other areas where the design makes traffic flow much faster and with fewer accidents.

@Killtheskyfairy I agree and we damned near fired fleddy teddy 2 years ago. The fact that the gov is elected in off year elections plays almost as heavy as gerrymandering. No real excuse except is is damned hard to get out the vote when the primaries allow cross over voting so that the republicans get to pick the democratic challenger. I have tons of voter stories that make me want to rip my hair out.
