While both may have contibuted, the cop contibuted the most and was the one responsible for the death. This was her second Kill of a black man. She probably resigned since she had limited out on black men. Professionals should be held to a higher standard than average citizens. The individual was in fear for his life, as he should have been based on the outcome.

@Austin-Cambridge Well designed traffic circles are indeed a boone, but one they just spend 18 months building up the road from me has a two lane road intersecting with a one lane road, so the circle is both one and two lanes depending on which quarter of it you are in, like I said engineers are the key. i use them quite a bit in other areas where the design makes traffic flow much faster and with fewer accidents.

i live about 50 miles north of the peach capitol of Texas, it is very hard to grow peaches here since our last frost is normally just after the peach trees have bloomed. A few miles makes a world of difference.
