Always have loved her. Even in Burlesque, for which she mostly got panned. I discovered Christina Aguilera in that movie, whom I consider to be an extremely talented singer.

I fell in love with her back when she and Sonny got his and her mustangs. I've only seen her twice in person, but both concerts were fantastic. 90+ minutes. The casinos normally have pretty good entertainment, either free or deeply discount for those of us that gamble a lot.

Where was the picture taken?
glennlab replies on Dec 11, 2019:
@Lincoln55 It's more a function of where the first weapons were designed and developed. Sandia and the weapons storage area are on Kirkland AFB. The weapons are hermetically sealed, and a pressure test of the dry nitrogen they are filled withis only required every several years and is basicly inert. Even when the weapons are active, they only require periodic maintenance about every 3-5 years. The altitude is actually a drawback at 5000 feet.

glennlab replies on Dec 11, 2019:
@Lincoln55 That is where the original classified nuclear museum was located as well as Sandia Corp (the nuclear weapons manufacturer) so it was the logical location. They were studied for years because of the speed of impact, failure of most of the safety features in all 4 weapons and were some of the only weapons that survived impacts.

@Aurora62 I'm in Oak Cliff so I had to container plant since the soil here is almost all Austin chalk. I started the seeds indoors in peat pots to try and get a jump on our hot weather here in NTX. We used to have seed group, but there were too few members to keep it going. We've since folded into the gardeners group.

@Haemish1 when I was there, 2 of the 3 strands were down and no one was in a rush to go out and put them back up. It was said that Hawk (the wind) was from North Dakota, but he visited Eastern Montana with a vengence.

glennlab comments on Nov 26, 2019:
I have eaten some succulents, but their lack of taste or very bitter taste normally doesn't lead to continued use. Yucca roots, prickley pear, prickly pear fruit, It is an aquired taste.
glennlab replies on Nov 26, 2019:
@FrayedBear none that I can reccommend, it is a cuban dish with the consitancy and slime of okra, with a much blander taste.

glennlab replies on Nov 24, 2019:
@Garbonza That has been a complaint since the 1970s when the process was changed from all closed causus conventions. Direct voting in primaries is a very recent developement. Delegates are elected at princint, to district to state to national. While delegates may be bound to a particular candidate, after the first ballot at each level they may change their vote. None of this is fully binding until a vote has occured on national convention floor. I still haven't read the party rules for the upcoming convention, but if I'm going to go, i probably ought to.
