I left my abuser over two months ago but I am still struggling and very unhappy.

I left my abusive wife nearly 6 years ago. All I had was a bag of clothes, my wallet and no where to live. I see my youngest daughter every week, took her to court to do it, but haven't seen my eldest since we separated courtesy of my ex undermining the relationship and corrupting a vulnerable child so the price was very high but...........In spite of the consequences the relief I felt at not being scared was palpable and I was, over time, able to redefine what was actually normal (to me) and not what it had become. Normal had become skewed. I also rediscovered me and while I haven't found anybody else I'm comfortable with me and that's a better place than I was in. I hope you are able to move on and become the real you again, I know it hurts (I welling up writing this) but you're not leaving behind anything you need

So long as one of the boxes has my eldest daughter somewhere in it, I haven't spoken to her in person for nearly 6 years (Long story) I wouldn't care about the other two so would give them away, probably to my daughters :-)

On a personal note I'm rather hoping Kirk Cousins is the 'Messiah' (Poor choice of word lol) but all the usual suspects: Rodgers (Dammit!) Brady finds a way to win but he ain't getting any younger, Garoppolo could/should raise the bar in San Francisco, Cam Newton's a handful and on and on. Be interesting to see if any of the QB class of 2018 actually end up a starter and win.

I haven't reversed it but with a sensible diet and better weight/height ratio have reduced the meds and the spin off problems like retinal stuff. As others have commented lowering/reducing carbs is the key as far I can see as well as sugars obviously :-)
