Here in Florida there are funeral homes that do cremation. My end of life plan is bought and paid for from the National Cremation Society. No religious gibberish involved. They pick up the body and burn it. My ashes will be dumped in the gulf. I’m sure there are many places that would be able to accommodate you.

I still enjoy lighting my menorah and have a wreath on the door. It's festive and most people seem to be happier at this time of year. And it's not 90 here in Florida and no snow either. I'm certainly happier.

I retired almost 4 weeks ago! It's a weird feeling, not having to every look for a job again!

I do have books I’m still not ready to give up ( a lot of book club books). Paperbacks mostly go to reseller. Some hardbacks and paper to libraries. Books a Million now buys back books. I take some there too. Some get handed off to others, my daughter mostly. She brought her own mini library when she moved back with me. No room left.
