The companies sued should counter-sue, and add claims for slander. Legally, these suits have zero credibility. Trump agreed to their terms of service and then violated those terms. The companies had the contractual right (and arguably a contractual responsibility) to ban Trump. I don't know where he found a lawyer stupid enough to file this nonsense, but the defendants should petition to have the idiot(s) disbarred.
