The decision has been stayed by the Supreme Court. That only requires one Justice, so it's no surprise that the stay was granted. Jury awards Planned Parenthood nearly $1M over secret videos by pro-life group
mcgeo52 comments on Nov 16, 2019:
The award was $870,000, in punitive damages and roughly $478,000 in compensatory damages. However, since the jury also found that the defendants acted in violation of federal RICO statutes, that triples the compensatory award. So Fox once again proves less than stellar, as Planned Parenthood is looking at a $2.275 million verdict, not nearly $1 million. https://www.courthousenews.com/jury-finds-abortion-foes-harmed-planned-parenthood-awards-870k/

There are occasional Bible studies here put on by a resident, but I doubt that more than ten people attend. Our Representative is Alan Lowenthal, a solid Democrat with some progressive tendencies. The area offers an abundance of music, art, theater, poetry, good (but not necessarily expensive) restaurants, and opportunities to interact with other people. I've never been there, but there is a senior center less than two mile away.

This is a blatant violation of 18 USC 201( b )(1) by Trump, and a blatant violation of 18 USC 201( b )(2) by the Senators accepting the money. The appropriate response would be to lock up the Senators right before the Senate vote was taken. A conviction only requires the votes of two thirds of *those present*. Lock up 30 GOP Senators and it would only take 47 votes to convict. But the odds of the DoJ doing that are basically zero.

That's reasonable for a start. I want a thorough investigation into the ballot counts in the the key states. If that proves, as I believe it will, that the ballot count was tampered with in Trump's favor, his election should be declared a fraud. Since nothing resulting from a fraud can stand legally, that would mean every order he, and all of his appointees, made would be null and void. It would also nullify all of his judicial appointments. Dealing with the nullification would take a major committee. The best person to head that committee would be Barack Obama. Trump should get to watch coverage of Obama systematically undoing everything Trump had done. I would suggest 20 hours a day on CNN via the 50" TV permanently mounted on the wall of his solitary prison cell. As for which prison, my first choice would be the NY State Maximum Security Facility in Clinton, NY. Oh, and no phone. One of my friends said that this would be cruel and unusual punishment that would reduce Trump to a drooling idiot. And this would differ from his present condition how?
