Father of two boys. I’m a native of Seattle, but I’ve been gone awhile and now I’m back—and loving it. I’m in tech, of course, but a rather more esoteric part of it that has given me some interesting insights.

I love live theater, spoken word events from slam poetry to politics, and some music.

I drink moderately and enjoy an occasional cigar.

The funniest thing about me, relative to this site, is that for awhile I was a Religious Studies major to try to determine wtf was in other people’s heads. It didn’t convert me but it did give me an academic and cultural understanding of the importance of religions!
