This seems quite old for a beautiful woman to have not married previously....am I being sexist??? I wonder if she was married before she met Trump???? Did she have other children? Did she leave another family behind in Slovenia when she immigrated to the USA?

Does it make you feel more secure if you invent your own God? As a young child I had a special rock. I carried it in my pocket always. While I had the rock I did well in school and was batting and fielding fantastically for my little league team. I was saying the rock was my God. One morning I woke up and my rock was missing....my Mom threw it in the garbage while I was asleep. I ran outside to the trash bin but it was empty...the trash had already been picked up. My God was dead. I soon discovered I really didn't need the rock...or a God.

nicknotes comments on Apr 26, 2018:
In my experience Christians don't understand the Bible. They want to take everything literally so as to not offend their God even though often the text is ridiculous. For example it is impossible for Jonah to have survived 3 days in the belly of a great fish. The Jonah story is not true but was meant to be about repentance and forgiveness. Balaam's donkey didn't speak. The story's lesson is that you are dumber than an ass if you curse Israel. As for lot and his daughters, the offspring were Moabites and the Ammonites, enemies of Israel The object of this story was to say the Moabites and Ammonites were bastard descendants of incest.
This is supposed to be about things and stuff so I can get some points to get to level 8.

Here is a blog I wrote about the Jesus Tomb In Matthew's Gospel, there is a passage, which contains several proofs that Matthew's Gospel is Fiction. Matthew 28:11-15 (New American Standard Bible) 11Now while they were on their way, some of the guard came into the city and reported to the chief priests all that had happened. 12And when they had assembled with the elders and consulted together, they gave a large sum of money to the soldiers, 13and said, "You are to say, 'His disciples came by night and stole Him away while we were asleep.' 14"And if this should come to the governor's ears, we will win him over and keep you out of trouble." 15And they took the money and did as they had been instructed; and this story was widely spread among the Jews, and is to this day. Examine the above passage. Do you see the signs of fiction in this passage? In the Roman world, the penalty for sleeping while on guard duty was death. It is doubtful that even with a "good word" from the High Priest [Matthew 28:14] to the Roman Governor, he would have suspended the death sentence. It is not believable that the guards would have lied and said they were sleeping and subject themselves to the death penalty. Can't spend money if you're dead. This is evidence that Matthew' gospel is fiction. We have the witness of the four gospels. But only Matthew's gospel mentions a guard on the tomb. Not even a hint from the other gospels. The guard on the tomb is a vital element of the Jesus resurrection story. Had the guard existed the other gospel writers would have most assuredly mentioned it. To fail to mention such an important aspect of the story would be to miss the point of the story. Jesus was in the tomb, the guard was on duty, the tomb was now empty, so Jesus must have resurrected. The other gospellers didn't mention the guard because this was Matthew's fiction. Here is another proof from the above passage that Matthew's Gospel is fiction. The Jewish Priests and Elders tell the guards to say "" 'His disciples came by night and stole Him away while we were asleep."" This is a ridiculous story to tell. Everyone knows that if the guards were asleep they would be unconscious and not know what happened. The ruling Jewish Sanhedrin was 71 members, seventy elders and the High Priest reputed to be amongst the wisest men. It is not believable that these very smart Jews would concoct such a dumb story. And what about Pontus Pilate. Do you think he would believe this dumb story?

These signs announce the return of Jesus. Matthew 24:30 (New American Standard Bible) 30"And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory. But take a closer look at the Scriptures “THE SUN WILL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE ITS LIGHT,” Without the sun’s light and heat, life on earth would be destroyed. “THE STARS WILL FALL from the sky” A star is thousands of times larger than the earth, and thousands of degrees of heat. A star striking the earth would totally destroy the earth. Jesus, the son of man, would have nothing to return to.

Did Jesus Rise From the DEAD? Extraordinary Claims Require Extraordinary Evidence. What is the evidence for the resurrection of Jesus? An empty tomb story and questionable post mortem occurrences? If a body is missing from a tomb, do we assume that the corpse has resurrected? Or do we try and discover who moved the corpse? There are many possible explanations of why the corpse was moved. Ask me if you can't think of any. But Matthew's gospel appears to close the "loophole" with the guards on the tomb. But the guards on the tomb story is most certainly fiction. We have four gospel writers telling the same tale and yet only Matthew mentions guards. The guards are so important to the tale, that if it were true the other gospel writers would most certainly have mentioned the guards. But Matthew didn't close the loophole tight enough with his guards on the tomb fiction. Matthew 27:62-66 (New American Standard Bible) 62Now on the next day, [day in the Greek means daylight hours] the day after the preparation, the chief priests and the Pharisees gathered together with Pilate, 63and said, "Sir, we remember that when He was still alive that deceiver said, 'After three days I am to rise again.' 64"Therefore, give orders for the grave to be made secure until the third day, otherwise His disciples may come and steal Him away and say to the people, 'He has risen from the dead,' and the last deception will be worse than the first." 65Pilate said to them, "You have a guard; go, make it as secure as you know how." 66And they went and made the grave secure, and along with the guard they set a seal on the stone. So you see that Jesus' corpse was placed in the tomb, and the NEXT DAY, during daylight hours, the chief priests and the Pharisees gathered together with Pilate, and requested a guard be placed on the tomb. THE FIRST NIGHT THE CORPSE WAS IN THE TOMB THE TOMB WAS UNGUARDED. Anyone could have opened the tomb, removed the corpse, and closed the tomb to conceal the fact that the tomb was now empty. So the empty tomb story proves nothing. But what about those that saw Jesus post mortem? We have Mary Magdalene. Mark 16:9 (New American Standard Bible) 9Now after He had risen early on the first day of the week, He first appeared to Mary Magdalene, from whom He had cast out seven demons. [See also Luke 8:2] I would expect that any woman with seven demons would be considered a crazy woman mentally ill in today's world. Jesus may have calmed her down so she appeared normal.[cured] But most likely the shock of Jesus' sudden death and the loss of his soothing words may have pushed her back into a state of delusion. In any event she was not a competent witness. But what about those 500 brethren who all saw Jesus at the same time post ...

I always hear Christians speak about morality and hold the Bible up as the standard for morality. But is the Bible the standard of morality in our modern culture here in the USA? I say NO...the Bible is not our standard of morality. The God of the Bible endorsed slavery....we do not practice slavery. The God of the Bible endorsed genocide...we do not. The God of the Bible treats women as second class citizens....we do not. The God of the Bible endorses a Monarchy....we are a Democracy. The God of the Bible endorses death for Homosexuals and Heretics....we do not. The God of the Bible is prejudiced against the handicapped....we make every effort to accommodate the needs of the handicapped. I suppose if I thought a little more I would think of more immoral practices of the God of the Bible

Quote from Wikipedia.... Pre-tribulation rapture theology originated in the eighteenth century, with the Puritan preachers Increase and Cotton Mather, and was popularized extensively in the 1830s by John Nelson Darby[12][13] and the Plymouth Brethren,[14] and further in the United States by the wide circulation of the Scofield Reference Bible in the early 20th century As you can see the concept of a rapture is rather recent in Christian Theology. This fact alone should generate some skepticism amongst the Christians.
