I host two groups. I finally had to block someone from the group I never thought I would have to block from. It was a group block, not a personal one. I have blocked no one personally. I asked this person to remain civil in a Science group, just to keep any arguments/disagreements to the subject at hand & he basically told me "You ain't the boss of me, I'll do what I please." My mod tried to reason with him. More attitude. So, I showed him I was the 'boss' of him, in that setting & blocked him. I feel totally justified as it was not shutting down reasoned opinions or differences of opinion, it was shutting down name calling after repeated warnings.

I am the primary caretaker for my 89 yo Mom. We're lucky, there are few physical medical issues, but mentally things can be rough. It's stressful, but I know I'm doing what is needed & I'm glad she has someone. Know you are doing a good thing, &, when you need to, come here to vent or talk. Best of luck!
