Said states should similarly be blacklisted from all future expenditures. The negative effects on recruitment and readiness should be calculated as a cost and applied against all bidding proposals. The FBI should be investigating these legislators as RICO conspiracies intended to violate the 1st Amendment against the establishment of religion.

The Christian Nationalists are intent on bringing back slavery. Step one establishes a different treatment of their wrongdoing by the law. The Jan6 traitors have all gotten absurdly light sentences that would be 5-20 times higher if they were Muslim, non-White or women. Their success, and Putin's success, means the coup continues.
