I'll be racist here and say that White US women have more of that misandry than other groups. Meaning, be open to all races. You don't have that much time left, so don't be choosy. When that person then insists on disrupting a female athletic competition, that indicates disrespect to the point of hostility.
From a scientific perspective, if the person does not have two XX's or a natural female body, they should not be competing in female athletics. Forcing women to compete against modified men (claiming to be female) is unfair, and effectively destroys female athletic competition.

However, selectively seeking Black women to staff police departments is neither legal, ethical nor practical. One problem is that many Black people have their own biases. Quite a few revere Farrakhan, who is as ugly a bigot as any neonazi. Many other biases are often harbored against Hispanics, LBGBT, Jews, as well as whites. Again, singling out Black women as the only suitable candidates for law enforcement is absurd.
As for medical issues, Blacks (or any race) must share responsibility for their own bad decisions. To be sure, the conditions of white supremacy that fostered bad decision-making are there, but people are not robots and their choices are at least partly their own. In the current example, Blacks remain loyal to the Christianity that enslaved them. Blacks choose to consume food that brings on severe health problems. As currently noted, Blacks are most resistant to taking the vaccine, even though they are most vulnerable to Covid.
We all have work to do for ourselves and our loved ones. It might seem hopeless sometimes, but our effort defines us. We must hope that making responsible decisions will elicit the respect needed to be treated humanely.

@holdenc98 The problem with the study above is that correlation rarely tells you anything about causation, and causation may come from somewhere else anyway. Does belief hobble functional thinking and thus handicap those countries? Probably. But religious countries are not subject to external discrimination, and cannot point to unfair treatment by external entities.
In some similar way, do women or non-whites suffer from self-imposed degradation or is it imposed from outside? Here, both are evident. Women and non-whites are subject to prejudicial treatment, but also suffer from self-imposed handicaps. Women also have intrinsic biological handicaps.
A society should strive to treat people equally and fairly, and that does mean mitigating biases held over from less civilized times.
However, these mitigation efforts are necessarily demoralized where women and non-whites censor valid criticism, and compel society to wear ugly blinders that compel politically correctness and omission of criticism. As example, far too many women bury themselves in their sexually oriented roles and overdo the time spent on clothing and appearance. Too many non-whites remain fully devoted to their religions and refuse to abandon unhealthy eating habits. Thus, the complaints of women and non-whites lose their strength when they have so much work to do themselves.

It is important to be realistic. Putin put Trump in office to damage the US as much as possible. Trump is the ultimate sore loser, and a proven psychopath, so it could get very ugly before we are rid of him. In a way, the more trouble he causes, the better, because he's blocking his own path forward, and nothing but bad PR for the GOP putin-americans.

Yeah, I have several similar species and they grow everywhere. I have to pick them out of the pots of all my other cacti and succulents. Still, they are very attractive and hardy. I wish I could find a variety that could double as grass to patch up the bare spots.
