From the perspective that does consider the outrageousness of their behavior, the principles of triage seem unfair. The anti-vax conduct is so offensive that it does invite the proposition of denying care altogether. Anti-vaxxers that recklessly threaten others with death plainly exhibit depraved indifference, a felony in many jurisdictions. If our society functioned properly, anti-vaxxers would be charged and sentenced accordingly. However, the GQP has chosen to politicize this issue as a stepping stone to approved violence and civil war. The democrats don't really have the power nor balls to stop them.
