Perhaps unwanted, but advice anyway: Get help. You CAN feel better in time. A lot of therapies are being developed now. Ketamine has been around for a little while, but others, MDMA, psilocybin, CBD, and even LSD, can jolt the brain out of a rut. These treatments have shown amazing effectiveness for PTSD, addictive behavior, and some forms of depression. The resources are becoming available, but ultimately, we have to help ourselves. Part of the obstacle to being motivated is the neurochemical imbalance. Do what you can to disregard that. Again, get help, and I hope you feel better.
