People have idiosyncrasies. That can be a nice way of saying they are mentally ill. So, sometimes the mental illness results in making really bad judgments, judgments that cause harm. It can be the shallowness or laziness of not thinking through ones actions. Mental illness can be triggered like PTSD so that the person stops thinking straight AND doesn't ask for help. People can think that being dramatic will be rewarded with sympathy and minimized consequences, when they really do need to be reprimanded to stop a repeat. Mainly, mental health is worth a huge amount. People with significant problems shouldn't have children. Yeah, good luck with that. Also, women don't give bright men a premium, but avoid them fearing ... take your pick of reasons. Disney and his princesses have done an absolute number on our society. Hopefully only temporarily.

Demographics predict increasingly small percentage of white supporters. This is now an overt message from Republicans as justification to enact voter suppression. Indeed, Trump shifted the GOP several notches to the right, decreasing appeal to the independents. If power is all that matters, junking Democracy is OK with them. Trump and his minions disparaged the ideals of Americanism in their actions. Will this become known well enough to stop them?
