While on vacation I got food poisoning from fried clams in Cap Cod Massachusetts .Once My daughter and her friend and I waited more than 1/2 hour to get waited on in a Rain Forest Cafe and I never complained so they gave me three free meals ,so this turned out to be a not so bad experience .On the last day on a trip to Mexico I somehow got food poisoning from a restaurant and it actually took about a week after I came back to recover from intestinal distress.

I do not enjoy driving in Metropolitan NY . What drives me crazy are drivers that over use their horn ,and drivers that refuse to let you merge into traffic . I had a neighbor from when I was born until I was 45 years old that was one of the meanest spiteful SOBs that I ever knew and i eventually had a high fence built between our properties .My father worked with him as a fireman and he was even hated in the fire dept.When he died his daughter moved in and she is the nicest person I could ask for .The neighbor on the other side I also had for about 40 years was a policeman and one of the kindest helpful men I ever knew and loved him like a father ,and was very depressed when he passed away at the age of 81

My father is a 102 year old WW2 veteran ,and a retired New York City Fireman .Photo is at his 100th birthday party.I think genetics played apart in his life span .Both of his parents lived past 97 .He never smoked .He drinks one glass of sangria every day.
