My chosen career in nursing lasted twenty five years. I miss my patients. They were a big part of my life. Some were family. I have two children. Both are grown and have lives of their own. I have a lot of time on my hands now and that is a new thing for me. I have never been a planner...ever. Spontaneity has always been good for me. I am a crisis and drama dodger. Not for me. I am real. Honest and generous to a fault I have been told. I feel to make another's day a little better is my mission. I don't have much tolerance for the uninformed who try to act intellectually superior. I can fit in with all walks of life...and absolutely love walking with someone in their shoes for a bit. I am great at listening. Love the Caribean so much. Would love to live on a boat and ride a dingy to shore when needed
