I am a firefighter and EMT by trade. Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, so Zambia and southern Africa is def special to me. I work all the time, but make the gym a daily priority. I'm all about podcasts and literature and music. Listen to/watch The Atheist Experience and Talk Heathen regularly.

I grew up Mennonite, moved to a Baptist church in junior high after the 'rent a split, then a couple crazy nondenoms. I starting questioning religion when I was 17 and made a deal with myself to see how far I could go in life without reliance on prayer and belief in a deity. What started as a tentative skepticism has now solidified into a comfortable deconversion.
