Hey everyone!

I was raised in a very cool church but since moving out here to central PA i have yet to find a church that “fits”... where I don’t have to check my intelligence at the door- that’s not bigoted against LGBTQ individuals as well. Is there such a thing as a liberal christian!? I feel like Jesus was a liberal!? haha!

As I’ve gotten older (and maybe wiser) and learned more about the historical Jesus, i’ve taken some of the claims of the christian church less seriously especially over the past few years.

I’ve also recently begun to teach high school astronomy so these things combined have led to doubts- which I think is a natural part of anyone’s walk.
