I think it was Tom Landry, (a past coach of the Dallas cowboys). He said he had a personal relationship with god. What kind of relationship was it? Maybe they talked about coming out of the closet. We know that the solar system will be consumed by the sun in about 3 1/2 billion yrs. By then we will probably colonized some other planets. Baring a Hugh asteroid hit and nuclear war, some of us should survive. I personally plan on watching the sun go nova, I need to get a good pair of sun glasses.

I think it is mixed. There are doctors that truly want to do good for their patients. I believe for most it's all about the money. Certainly hospitols and pharmaceutical companies want you to stay sick.

I was required to be on 4-6 flights a week. The money was great. The job came with a great deal of status. The problem was I had to word 16-20 hours a day. I literally only slept on planes. It slowly drained me to the point that I had sleep deprivation. It was hard to walk away from the money until one week I was on 13 flights in one week. That did it for me. I had to quit. My health was affected.

I listened to the whole video I have to tell you that this guy, first of all was reading from a teleprompter. Nothing he said was factual, It was all opinion. It's likely he's being paid to do that video and most likely written for him. I could spend the next 30 minutes tearing apart his statements, but it's just not worth my time. He's a fraud.

In the solar system yes, we're alone when it comes to intelligent life. In the universe? I find it hard to believe it's only us. However in our search we are more likely to find a civilization that died billions of years ago then one existing today. The reason is by the time we would find a civilization we'd probably be looking at what it was billions of years past. But just by share probability I feel certain there is live in many places somewhere right now.

There are so many laws that need changing. I'd ban lobbying other then individuals not representing corporations. Outlaw gerrymandering, I'd make elections government funded. both sides the same dollars. Mandate that 99% of all energy be renewable within 10 yrs. I'd change the supreme court to 10 year terms renewable with 2/3 congressional votes (both houses). Then there is healthcare, education, migration, etc, etc, etc.

Another adventure I had was in July 1970. I traveled to washing DC to attend a protest on the 4th. There were two events that day. the first that I came for was to end the war in Viet Nam and legalize marijuana led by Pete Seger. The 2nd was honor America day by Bob Hope. At the time, one of my best friends was an MP in fort Belvure vA. So the night of the 3rd (needing a place to stay) My friend said I can stay in his barracks. Now at the time my hair was well below my shoulders. So here I am sleeping in the top bunk of an MP barracks When in the middle of the night a surprise inspection happened. When I was confronted by this spit and polish sergeant I told him I was waiting for my friend that was on duty so we can attend the honor America day the next morning. But at that moment of confrontation I was certain that Leavenworth was in my future .

I've had several adventures in my life.The last one was 6 years ago after I retired at age 62. I got on a plane and traveled to the Philippines knowing only one person that I had never met. It started as an adventure. I ended up staying 3 years.
