What do you guys think can be done about the global environmental issues of climate change and ...
webbew1 comments on Nov 23, 2017:
It's become overwhelmingly clear that there are a large number of individuals and private interest groups who are far more interested in their bottom line than they are in protecting the environment. That is not likely to change any time soon. Consequently, the focus from here on out for environmentalists needs to be on developing technologies which clean up these people's messes. A dog does not understand that it isn't really ok to shit on the sidewalk, but it's impossible to teach them to shit in a toilet. Therefore, we carry a pooper scooper and plastic bags with us when we take them for their walk. The concept is the same for those who are incapable of understanding the impact which their actions have upon the environment.

I never block trolls. I enjoy making them look like the dip shits they are waaaayyyy too much. I love it when a troll comes slinking on to my Facebook page. It makes me lick my chops and rub my hands together with glee.

Some people's idea of heaven reminds me more of Kim Jung Un's North Korea than it does of a place where I'd want to spend eternity.
How could you prevent your child from becoming brainwashed by religion?
webbew1 comments on Nov 23, 2017:
Teaching critical thinking skills is inportant so she is able to formulate her own belief system as she matures rather than recklessly jumping in to the belief system of what ever charasmatic religious figure happens to blow in with the wind.
What type of music do you like? Or do you play an instrument?
webbew1 comments on Nov 23, 2017:
Been spinning a lot of Steven Wilson's stuff these days. All of his projects from his solo work on to his band projects: Porcupine Tree, Blackfield, No Man, Storm Corrosion, Bass Communion, et. al. For lighter, more fun stuff I've been jamming out to Low Cut Connie quite a bit these days. Got a chance to meet Adam Weiner briefly at their show here in Denver. Very quiet and unassuming guy. Which is the complete antithesis of his stage persona.

Haven't seen a lot of films this year, but of the ones I did see, Blade Runner 2049 was easily my favorite.
Does Donald Trump's behavior suggest that behind it all he is an agnostic, doubting the existence of...
webbew1 comments on Nov 23, 2017:
Trump is not an athiest or agnostic. He's just a very mentally ill man. Trump and those like him have a hoarding disease. They're like those people you see on the television show Hoarders, where people hoard objects to the point where it adversely effects everyone whom they come in to contact with. The exception is, people like Trump don't neccessarily hoard material possessions. They hoard money. You won't walk in to one of Trump's homes to find it so cluttered with junk that maggot and mold infestations are prevalent, but the ramifications from his type of hoarding sickness are far more wide reaching. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with making money and providing a comfortable lifestyle for one self and their family, but when someone such as Donald Trump is in a position of manipulating so much capital that they actually become a drain on the economy, it's a problem. As far as I'm concerned, any company which refuses to cap their owner or CEO's salary at 250,000/ yr. and limit their abilility to take advantage of stock dividends should be ineligible for receiving corporate welfare from the government.
What party do you typically vote for?
webbew1 comments on Nov 23, 2017:
Voted for Gary Johnson in the last election. Would do the same if the election were held today. People need to stop voting like zombi's. If the first two choices suck, one does not have to hold their nose and pick the lesser of two evils. There are alternatives.
Wanted to bounce an idea off y'all.

Who cares about the Ark Encounter Park? Apparently, not even christians. According to what I've seen and heard, that place is a ghost town. That's what happens when you build your stupid park two and a half hours away from a major population center. Ken Hamm is a dumb ass.
I'm pissed real rap died and now it's all ad libs mixed with werid sounds.

Well, I'm more of a metal fan so I really don't care all that much. But you're right. The days of Biggy, 2Pac, Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg are gone.
Hey folks ! Just wonder ,has everyone knows where we go after we died ?
webbew1 comments on Nov 23, 2017:
I happen to believe that the Tibetan Book Of The Dead gives us the most accurate description of what happens to us when we die. According to this belief system, when we die the part of us which makes up our consciesness leaves the body and begins a journey to find a new physical body to inhabit. There may even be some scientific evidence to give this a little bit of ground to stand on. According to science, at the immediate moment of death our bodies lose exactly three quarters of a pound, possibly indicating that our consciesness has measurable weight. Also, the Tibetan Book Of The Dead says that our consciesness enters a new body on the 49th day of development of the fetus. This just happens to be the exact time that science tells us the Pineal Gland reaches full development in the brain.
What was your worst experience with religious people?
webbew1 comments on Nov 23, 2017:
Most of the experiences I've had with religious people have been just fine. And that goes for all religions. The ones who grate on my nerves are the fanatics. And to be perfectly honest, most of those idiots can be found in christianity and islam. The sand religions. Never had a problem with people who practice asiatic based religious belief systems.
Do you support Trump?
webbew1 comments on Nov 23, 2017:
Under qualified in all requirements neccessary to be the POTUS. Lacks all working knowledge of how our three branches of government function, does not possess the communication skills required to inspire other leaders to lead, and worst of all he lacks the ability to connect with others in a manner which is beneficial to both parties. A bad recipe for a leader if there ever was one.
Anyone a fan of multiverse theory?
webbew1 comments on Nov 23, 2017:
Definitely. Even starting to wonder if there might be some truth to the Mandela Effect. After all, only in an alternate universe would the Colorado Rockies and Denver Nuggets be better sports teams than the Denver Broncos. (LOL! at my own lame joke)
