Open and outspoken atheist. Working to build new friendships after a number of years of self isolation as I fought off alcoholism. Not the best way to do it, but it worked!! Yeah, I learned the hard way that I had drinking buddies, not friends.

I am a former smoker, but quit about 4 or 5 years ago. I was hospitalized with severe pneumonia and never smoked again after that. I can't stand to be near it. My emergency visit landed me in a Catholic hospital. That's what drove me to be an outspoken atheist.
