He eventually screwed that up and went back to the department he came from. Should have been fired, the asswipe. Kelly, you need to move to another manager, or another company. In my experience, this won't improve for you any other way.

I do like my wine, which is what I primarily drink, but I can be persuaded to imbibe a nice chilly IPA or some vodka with juice in it, and I do like my Bombay Sapphire martinis (dry, straight up, no olives, with a twist).
