I am a recently retired independent and self-sufficient person but would like someone to enjoy life with as a friend and companion, maybe more. Well-preserved for my age, able-bodied, intelligent, curious and funny. I can be presentable and well-behaved in any situation.

I like a man who's witty, sarcastic, funny, but most of all, genuine. Intelligence, humor, curiosity and tolerance are most important. A reader who is interested in the world. Enjoys both the outdoors and the symphony. Well educated, well read, interested in life. My ideal man is represented by someone like Dr. Neil DeGrasse Tyson or Stephen Fry.
