Certainly not like the "7 acres and a mule" again.

I am not an expert but my ideas are

~ Higher reservations in jobs, colleges, government seats, committees, legislatures and the Congress
~ Lower incarcerations for minor crimes
~ Easier housing financing with lower interest rates and easier loans
~ Higher penalties and punishments for any discrimination against Black Americans (differentiated from African, Asian and other immigrants)
~ Heavily subsided healthcare with a higher tax on whites

Let us start with these as a pilot project for 10 years. If we could enslave them like animals for 400 years, cut their hands for just trying to read, boil them in oil for minor disobeying, rape them, whip them... uplifting them in the same society for another 400 years is a very very small price to pay. I am also open to the idea of giving 10 U.S. states to black Americans to self govern with full black representation and autonomy. They have worked to build this nation, the land, machines in the society for 400 years without pay or respect or simple dignity. That would also be a small price to pay.

I am saying this after being on the other side in the highest caste Brahmin, seeing daily discriminations and atrocities against the lower caste human beings for 50 years. My heart goes out those human beings.

What is most outraging is we the U.S. advertise as the defenders of the human rights around the world while we cannot lift our own people from our own original sin at home.

I am saying this all knowing fully well that not one thing will be done - not in our lifetime and likely not in the next 75 years.
