If you look at a map of Texas it is dotted with many lakes. But Texas only has one natural lake and it is in east Texas and named Caddo Lake. Beautiful area to explore by canoe. You may see a few alligators.

Best BBQ that ever crossed my lips was from this little shack in Jasper, East Texas. That's our old Winnebago parked out front and the place was packed even though it was 2 in the afternoon. That's some mighty fine BBQ.
