Jamie Oliver. I don't know much about him as a person, apart from he is a professional/celebrity chef, but I like his down-to-earth approach to cooking. His recipes are simple and don't involve hard-to-come-by, expensive ingredients. They are also ...

Did you make something interesting for Christmas dinner? We usually do ham, but this year I wanted to try Beef Wellington. I'd never made or eaten it and it was a time consuming adventure to make, but we had fun and it was delicious!

POLLWhich of these, if any, have you added to scrambled eggs? Some are a little odd, but all of them are pretty good to me. My least favorite would have to be cucumbers though. I have to use fewer, cut them pretty small, and cook them longer.

I have been helping out a couple of vegan friends and always get invited to dinner at the end of the day. Guess what I get? Yep, vegan and raw food grub, simply delicious. She is a vegan cook so thats a bonus as well.

Where's the food category! I say we need one. Anyway, per my sister's request, I am making a Nutella pie tonight (actually 3 of them......when I told my coworkers, they wanted some too). I was curious as to what dessert(s) make you fat and happy??

Could folks please share some of their cooking hacks? Also, I'm particularly interested in how you cook bacon. I usually use the stovetop, but it's so messy. I recently tried baking it, but the fat in the bacon was mushy.
