Oleander is poisonous so I would not want it where my fur babies could get to it.
Me either, especially since one of mine was quite the plant chewer. I've got this imaginary back story in my head that they're a feral litter that just happened to nestle there, and the photographer moved them someplace safer after taking the picture.
Pretty plants.....& the flowers are too.
What's wrong with oleander?
It is deadly poisonous, one leaf ingested will kill a person, and if it burns, the smoke can kill
@LenHazell53 lol, I used to have 4 growing at the bottom of the garden about 20' high x 15' wide. Every year I pruned them by hand & frequently had the sap on my skin. Didn't burn them though.
I've had cats who enjoyed chewing on leaves, and Oleander would make them very ill - and possibly kill them - if they did that. But I think it's a beautiful plant and I have some in my yard, too.

Posted by KilltheskyfairyPersonally I think cats should be higher on the fun line and lower on the effort. (Dragons do sound like fun.)
