Elizabeth Warren is introducing a bill to mandate worker representation on boards of directors, etc. This is very similar to what Germany does and that country is the only industrialized Western nation not to be losing jobs and wealth to China. "Co-Op"

Yes. It will fail until there are many more progressives.

Interesting! I work in connection with a Native health center and an associated system of care - both include customer/client/patient participation in boards and decision making as key goals.

In terms of outcomes from that stakeholder involvement, how has it benefited the organization. Can you trace back any issues/decisions that have proven more successful because of that participation? "Co-Op" or "Co-Op" Group

@4Humanity there are probably lots of examples, most outside of my area. In Native communities, if you don’t have buy-in and support from the elders, nothing gets done.
On the project I work in, we ran our suicide screening material by both community and youth members, and got two good pieces of input. One was to call them “Hope and Wellness” screenings, because suicide or even “mental health” screenings can put some people off. The other was to end the screens with positive questions, like “what is your favorite time of year” and “who can you talk to when you need help,” to bring the focus back to positive things at the end.
