Digital Dungeonmaster and amateur fantasy artist here. Thought I'd share a pic of an adventure that I'm currently working on. I grew up on tabletop gaming but mostly online now with Roll20. Does anyone else mess around with virtual tabletops?
Included here is a battle mat with illustrated tokens for characters and NPC's, along with an illustration of a dream sequence that I cobbled together from stock photos.

I’ve played table top games online, but just using an audio program. Roll20 looks interesting though. How do you like it?

There is a bit of a learning curve on the DM side. In many ways I'm still figuring stuff out. It's fairly straightforward for players if you are using one of the site's character sheets. You just select whatever ability, skill, or spell you want to use and it calculates the roll in the chat. It does a lot of the work for you which is great and can speed up combat.
Finding actual games to play in can be a little tricky and I tend to see a lot of forum or reddit posts about not being able to find a consistent group. For my own experience, I'd say the community is pretty good. People can be flaky enough about actually showing up to games and this tendency seems to be compounded online but I think that will be the case wherever you go.
